Subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable! Subscriptions automatically renew! If you want to cancel your membership simply log into your PayPal account and cancel the automatic PayPal payment. This must be done at your end a couple of days before the next renewal date. You cannot cancel via email or through the membership website. You have to cancel through your PayPal account. PayPal will immediately send you a confirmation email after your membership has been successfully cancelled. Sadly, I cannot make any exceptions!
